• Managing security operations and services for a designated group of smaller accounts.
• Providing outstanding client service and resolving any issues that arise.
• Enhancing and expanding services to meet client needs.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Ensuring operational effectiveness and preparing detailed post orders.
• Overseeing staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training of security personnel.
