As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol - Full Time in Moncks Corner, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at a bustling retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. You will be the first point of contact for those in need of assistance, using your strong communication skills to address concerns and support a positive experience for everyone on site. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any concerns related to theft or property damage.
• Collaborate with store management and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
