As a Security Officer- Unarmed Bank Patrol in North Richland Hills, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting with any security-related situations that may arise. You will also be required to drive as part of your patrol duties. Exceptional customer service and communication are central to this role, as you will interact with a diverse range of people, providing assistance and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client guidelines.
  • Collaborate with client staff and local law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
  • Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to varying environments and conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
