Job Description

Our client, a leader in agricultural operations, is seeking a Seasonal Harvest Assistant to join their team. As a Seasonal Harvest Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting the Plant Office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Seasonal Harvest Assistant

Location: Rushville, IN

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM, flexible scheduling available

What's the Job?

• Assist operations team with coordinating harvest responsibilities and loads.
• Support the Plant Office with various administrative duties.
• Perform scaling operations and data entry for accurate recordkeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain an orderly work area and assist with other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
