Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational setting. This role is based in Waite Park, MN, serving students throughout the academic year. The position demands collaboration with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive therapy services tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students within the school environment.

• Licensed Physical Therapist credential valid in the state of Minnesota.

• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
