Job Description

A Part-Time Physical Therapist position is available in a K-12 school setting in Fishers, IN. This contract role requires providing physical therapy services one day a week throughout the school year, supporting students' physical development and mobility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions aligned with student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and gather progress data to monitor and report on student improvement.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create supportive learning environments.
• Assist in developing and implementing grade-appropriate physical therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
