What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payer program requirements
  • Ensure MDS assessments accurately reflect each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial status
  • Verify appropriate documentation to support services provided
  • Support interdisciplinary collaboration for accurate care planning and assessment completion

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure in the state of employment. 
  • Previous work experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. 
  • MDS 3.0 experience required. 
  • RAC-CT or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire and maintain recertification as required. 
  • Makes mature judgments, functions independently, is flexible, has personal integrity and works effectively with personnel. 
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
