THE POSITION :
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Department Sales Lead for our retail garden center's Annuals & Perennials Department . Our vibrant team of botanical aficionados is dedicated to helping customers cultivate their own dream garden oasis by teaching, advising, and inspiring. Use your blooming enthusiasm for all things green, comprehensive knowledge of your department, and retail forte to maintain target margins and increase sales. We are passionate about where we are going as a company, and would be pleased to have you play this key role.
This is a full-time year-round position with pay starting at $20+/hour, based on experience . Work days are 8:45am - 5:00pm with one required weekend day and split days off . The workweek averages 40 hours.
