Overview Recruiter – Temp-to-Perm The Nagler Group – Hyannis, MA (Onsite to start; potential hybrid 2 days/week after 90 days) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $20–$25/hour (hourly, with benefits if converted) Responsibilities Manage recruiting efforts for Airport Services and Corporate positions. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications. Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documentation. Represent the company at career fairs and college recruitment events (local, with occasional travel to Tampa, Colorado, and Pittsburgh in the Fall and Spring). Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. What We’re Looking For Outgoing, trustworthy, and professional individual with strong attention to detail. Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and maintain a positive attitude. Entry-level candidates, Recruiting Coordinators, or those with light HR/recruiting experience encouraged to apply. Interest in aviation a plus. Interview Process Virtual interview with the HR Director Onsite interview with the HR Director and VP of HR Additional Details Background check required. Travel required a few times per year for job fairs and recruiting events.
