Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy Staffing Coordinator to join our team near the West Side of Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or making high-volume outbound calls, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, customer-focused personality to every interaction. Bilingual skills are a plus!
Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to recruit, screen, and schedule candidates
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Organize and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple job openings
Provide top-tier customer service to applicants and clients
Work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the team
Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a high-volume setting
Assist with administrative tasks related to staffing and onboarding
Requirements:
Recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
Experience handling high call volumes (100+ calls/day)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals
Positive, energetic personality and professional demeanor
