Job Description
Position Summary: Provide administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Responsibilities: - Prepare memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and other related duties
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
- Strict adherence to all processes and procedures set forth by state, federal, and company policies and regulations
- Assist team members and other staff members with excellent customer service
- Takes lead in preparing onboarding packages for new employees at the Corporate office and Campus(es)
- Maintaining Kitchen as needed and ordering appropriate supplies (ie.,coffee, tea, paper plates & towels, etc).
- Coordinates parking passes, office key cards, and is gatekeeper for office keys;
- Scanning projects as assigned
- Orders business cards and appropriate name plates and other supplies for onboarding
- Updates Receptionist Standard Operating Plan (SOP) as needed
- Other duties/projects as assigned
Required Knowledge, Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED and three years of related work experience or, two years of post-secondary education and two years of related work experience or, a bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
