While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Selling and cashing Race & Sports tickets. Assisting guests with Kiosk operations. What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.
