**Product Photographer**
Seattle, WA / Marketing Brand / Full-Time
Rad Power Bikes, Americas largest electric bike brand, is on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone. Our company is a driving force behind the e-bike market expansion in North America, and were growing rapidly in Europe. We have aggressive plans to expand our global footprint and plan to more than double in size by the end of 2021.

We are seeking a Product Photographer who will work closely with our marketing and product teams to plan, produce, shoot, edit, and catalog product and lifestyle images across collateral and channels. + 5+ years of professional photography experience, either working in-house or consulting for a brand
+ Understanding of the nuance and controllable elements of studio photography and able to adapt on the fly to conditions, lighting, and shifting narratives of outdoor composition
+ Technical fluency with DSLR cameras and other photographic equipment, lenses, natural and artificial (on- and off-camera) lighting, and photo editing software
+ A keen eye for detail and composition and a well-developed creative aesthetic
+ Stickler for pre-production/planning, creative briefs, detailed shot lists, capturing metadata, naming and cataloging files
+ A mood board for every shoot to set the inspiration
+ Expert in digital photo editing for multiple delivery platforms
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure
+ Cross-functional collaboration to optimize production and delivery processes
+ Ability to prioritize, multitask, hit deadlines, and learn quickly in an ever-changing environment
+ Skilled at online research, trendstalking, and staying on top of best creative practices
+ Experience establishing photo guidelines in conjunction with external partners and teammates
+ Experience auditing product and lifestyle photography per brand guidelines to identify gaps and opportunities
+ Perpetual learner, never content with whats been done or status quo
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
+ Experience shooting action outdoors in all weather conditions
+ Experience capturing varied content for social media
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc), Dropbox
+ Deep portfolio of imagery showcasing both studio and lifestyle photography using natural and artificial light
+ A valid drivers license, passport, and a willingness to travel to capture the best content in the best conditions
+ Experience with bikes, electric bikes, or vehicles
+ Record of customer-focused photo production
+ Captured, edited, and catalogued multiple SKUs of studio product images
+ Helped build out a creative studio space at HQ
+ Acted as unit still photographer on a film set
+ Cropped and color corrected images for web, email, social, and paid media
+ Archived and organized photo library in Dropbox
+ Planned photo shoots; scouted locations, developed production schedules
+ Ensured that content style/format is catered to the target audience
+ Selected and hired additional crew and talent; directed and coached talent; made transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensured all location power needs are met
+ Reserved and rented additional equipment that may be needed
+ Captured headshots for new hires and other internal comms and HR projects
+ Additional duties as assigned & required
