An experienced orthopedic spine surgeon position based in Central Illinois offering a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. - $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production - $75,000 sign-on bonus - $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) - Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary) - 33 days of time off - 5 days + $6,000 CME annually - 1:6 call - Rosa and Mako robotics as well as spine navigation, O arm and AIRO CT -Three retirement plans including a unique supplemental plan Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage -Paid malpractice with tail You wont find a better organization or group.
