Each Pharmaceutical Sales Rep will be responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining a high level of sales within their territory. Responsibilities of the Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means. Utilize knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, pharmaceutical markets, managed care, and customer needs to meet or exceed expectations. Manage sales territory and develop customer relationships effectively. Establish and maintain excellent communication and working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Participate actively in scheduled sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings. Qualifications for the Pharmaceutical Sales Rep position: Some sales experience or abilities in quota-driven roles. Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Proven high performance and a strong aptitude for learning. High sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service. Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
