Job Description

A skilled candidate is sought for a contract position in Little Falls, MN, within a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on providing essential speech and language services to middle and high school students, requiring both expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and support personnel.

Location: Little Falls, MN

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide supervision and guidance to a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
• Conduct teletherapy sessions as needed, utilizing technology to reach students.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC).
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring assistive staff is a plus.
