Job Description
We are a small, family-owned company rooted in the Compton community for over five decades , and we’re looking for a Packaging Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong attention to detail, and values health, wellness, and natural living.
An interest in natural foods, herbal medicine, and a vegan or plant-based lifestyle is a big plus — and you'll be working with products that reflect those values!
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately package products according to company guidelines and quality standards
Label and seal items for shipment or retail display
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed
Work with the team to meet daily packing goals
Support other warehouse or office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Previous experience in packaging, fulfillment, or warehouse work is a plus but not required
Preferred (Not Required):
Interest in natural foods, herbal medicine, or plant-based lifestyles
Familiarity with packaging natural health or food products
