What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma: The primary mission of the
Operational Excellence Engineer is to identify areas of improvement, lead the related projects using the appropriate tools and measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For: - Train and guide people in the use of continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, PDCA, SMED, 5S, Visual Communication, SIPOC, Process flow chart, etc...)
- Advice applicants regarding the use of the right tool to solve a problem
- Be guarantor of the proper implementation of the selected tools
- Identify priority projects with the department manager
- Lead the projects for improvement and facilitate cross-functional working groups
- Assess progress on the basis of define indicators and participate in the progress assessment
- Monitor the productivity dashboards as power BI .
- Report continuous improvement to the initiative's pilot.
- Respect the general safety instructions (risks prevention, movements, fire...)
- Promote the QSEE management systems to improve performances and seize the opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Follow and enforce general environmental instructions (selective waste sorting)
- Fulfill the function's objectives and the objectives of the site's Continuous Improvement Plan.
What you will bring on the journey Skills - Knowledge of functional procedures, instructions and procedures.
- Knowledge of the organization linked to the site's quality system.
- Knowledge of APTAR products.
- Knowledge of the company organization, range of products and machine processes.
- Knowledge of the company industrial strategy and customer requirements.
- Master continuous improvement tools (training and use)
- Knowledge of office tools and computer software required for the function.

Compensation and Base Annual Pay Aptar Pharma offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary or base hourly rate determined by many factors including the role, experience, knowledge, skill set and location. For those in eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation which may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
The typical base annual salary range for the position of Marketing Event Specialist to the specific work location of: New York City metropolitan region is USD $86,500 to $102,000 per year. Additional details about total compensation and benefits are provided during the hiring process.
