Seeking NJ Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)!

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CarePROS to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Home Instead of Waretown is actively recruiting CHHA's and CNA's to service our growing population of seniors within the Southern Ocean County Region. The position requires travel within this area which includes parts of Whiting, Bayville, Browns Mills, Forked River, Barnegat, Lanoka Harbor, Lacey, Waretown, Manahawkin, LBI, Little Egg Harbor, Stafford Township, Tuckerton, Galloway and more!

• All required PPE is provided by Home Instead Senior Care, including masks and gloves.

A day in the life of a CarePRO includes:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Bathing, showering, toileting and changing the client
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
• Valid NJ CHHA license or CNA license
• Valid driver's license
• 2-step PPD/tuberculosis test
• Physical done within the past year
• Proof of MMR immunization

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-time, Weekends, Overnights, Live-In Care

Hourly Rate : $20/hour and up to commensurate with experience and case type/location/shift time.
