Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team. The NetSuite Administrator will play a pivotal role in helping to deploy our NetSuite instance. Working closely with business stakeholders and NetSuite consultants. You will need to leverage NetSuite’s capabilities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within our organizations’ operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our organization’s NetSuite platform. Your primary focus will be on configuring NetSuite to meet the specific needs of our business processes and users while ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance. You are also expected to be an active participant in ERP project design meetings related to NetSuite Administration to ensure that all requirements are documented and accounted for.
The successful candidate will be an advanced professional in both the process design and implementation space and have experience with NetSuite enterprise-wide software implementation projects.
This role works closely with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, Information Technology, testers, and vendor teams. This role requires an experienced Administrator who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.
This job will be based in an office in Dallas, Tx with limited travel and occasional remote work.

Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, typically 8am to 5pm; Monday-Friday
This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas with limited travel and occasional remote work.
Physical Demands:
This job will be performed in an office setting. Sitting for long periods of time is expected.
Travel Required:
Periodic travel to other office locations in Texas (Austin, Houston, Lubbock) and Durant, Oklahoma.
