This role will be tasked with managing and expanding the home appliance assortment of products including Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Range, Microwave.This account manager will be able to articulate customer needs, identify new business opportunities both online and in-store, manage the annual program to drive profitable growth, and build a winning joint business plan with core merchants as well as the private label merchants at Home Depot. Being the customer expert for the company, this individual will foster customer relationships and effectively collaborate across Midea's cross functional teams.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, own, and lead the business plan for the home appliance product categories at The Home Depot.Execute annual programs for home appliance products under both owned and private label brands at Home Depot by working in close collaboration with both U.S. and overseas product development teams.Monitor overall account performance, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop appropriate action plans.Proactively lead problem solving efforts via logical and persuasive communications while pursuing "win-win" solutions.Collaborate with various Midea cross functional teams, including product management, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, and service, to meet account performance objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.Achieve assigned KPI's for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.Closely collaborate with customers and Midea operations/supply management departments to provide accurate sales forecasting.Facilitates 'voice of the customer' to ensure customer needs are being met by all internal stakeholdersOther duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Minimum five years of strategic sales experience managing high profile major accounts within the home appliance, durable products, or consumer products industries.Experience selling to or supporting Home Depot business.Preferred Qualifications:Home appliance category experience highly preferred.Demonstrated success developing and growing sales within large key account.Comprehensive benefit package, to learn more, please visit Careers Page (midea.com) Midea America Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
