TeamMed Health is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic specializing in internal medicine, weight loss, physical therapy, and holistic health". We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massage services to our patients in a clinical setting.

Job Summary:

You will work alongside healthcare providers or independently to deliver targeted massage therapy that supports patient recovery, pain management, and overall wellness. This role requires a professional with strong technical skills, knowledge of anatomy, and the ability to adapt treatments to medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic massages (e.g., deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage) tailored to patients’ medical conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to align treatments with care plans.
• Maintain detailed patient notes and track progress.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment.
• Educate patients on post-massage care and stretching techniques.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic protocols for patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Valid state massage therapy license/certification.
• 1+ years of experience (clinical or spa setting preferred).
• Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and contraindications.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Liability insurance.

Preferred (but Not Required):

• Experience with cupping, trigger point therapy, or other modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
