Marketo Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, campaign strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication with our target audiences
What You Will Be Doing - Design, build, and execute automated email campaigns in Marketo, including nurture streams, newsletters, event promotions, and product announcements.
- Segment and manage email lists to ensure precise targeting and personalization.
- Create and manage campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
- Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Troubleshoot Marketo issues and ensure accurate syncing with CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and email marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating Marketo with CRMs like Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
