Job Description Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (PST Hours) - Candidates must reside and work within the United States and hold U.S. citizenship.
Pay: $40-50/hr depending on experience
Duration : 6 months with potential to extend (not guaranteed)
The Planet Group is looking for a
Marketing Manager to work with our well-known beauty client.
As a
Marketing Manager , you will support the brand/seasonal marketing team and partner with cross-functional teams to establish 360 marketing plans including for seasonal and values marketing campaigns to allow for the Sr. Managers on the team to support TOFU campaigns while the Director of TOFU Brand and Seasonal Marketing is on leave.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities: - Translate strategy into actionable briefs and timelines, collaborating with PM, creative, merchandising, and vehicle leads on execution.
- Serve as day-to-day project lead for values-centered campaigns, managing workflow, approvals, and cross-functional communication.
- Partner with Senior Managers across the team to provide executional support on high-priority integrated marketing moments and brand campaigns.
- Support the Director on Holiday marketing, including campaign planning, content needs, merchandising alignment, and 360° channel coordination.

Marketing Manager Qualifications: - 4+ years of related marketing experience.
- Strong multi-channel marketing skills - store, digital, social media, advertising.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Collaborative, works well cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in agency, retail, and/or beauty industry preferred.
