Salary: $20-22 an hour

Position : Manufacturing Assembler - Electrical

Location : Sharonville, OH

Pay : $20-22 an hour

Responsibilities :

• Follow detailed procedures and instructions to perform electrical and mechanical assembly on various components, sub-assemblies, and top-level assemblies.
• Layout and wire industrial control panels, including back panels and doors.
• Interconnect industrial control panels with skid-mounted equipment.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure functionality.
• Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting and customer service support as needed.
• Review and interpret general instructions for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, seeking clarification when necessary.
• Ensure project completion aligns with established timelines and shipping schedules.
• Maintain a clean and efficient shop and production area to support operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate a full understanding of standard products and assist in assembly-related aspects of the production process.
• Perform functions related to refrigeration, including leak testing, repairs, and component assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics.
  • Proficiency in refrigeration tasks, including wrapping, piping, soldering, brazing, and mounting of components (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools and welding techniques as required for the position.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and education/experience in refrigeration.
