We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a machine shop environment and be proficient in using various hand tools and measuring instruments. You will be responsible for ensuring that parts meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and inspect parts using precision hand tools calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications and drawing requirements.
- Machine Operation
- Ensure products comply with quality standards
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify part specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience working in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Basic machine operation use of miter saws
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience ensuring products meet drawing requirements.
- Ability to perform operational checks on tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- GMPs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar production and machine operation.
- Experience with CNC machines or automated equipment is a plus.
