Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Brand Ambassador who will be responsible for engaging with the design community via a focused outreach program and within the Showroom, located in the heart of the San Francisco Design district. This role requires strong networking abilities to cultivate connections with interior designers, architects, and luxury home builders, also providing an elevated in-showroom experience through guided tours and personalized client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Community Outreach/ New Business Development

• Identify and engage interior designers, architects, and luxury home builders to introduce our cabinetry collection.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships within the design community to generate sales leads.
• Attend and participate in industry networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide tailored recommendations to design professionals and clients, ensuring alignment with their project needs.

Showroom Concierge & Client Engagement:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the showroom, creating a warm and inviting experience.
• Conduct personalized showroom tours, highlighting the quality, craftsmanship, and customization options of our cabinetry.
• Assist clients in understanding product offerings, finishes, and design possibilities.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure seamless transitions from showroom visits to project discussions.
• Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure all displays reflect the brand image.

Qualifications

• Must have experience within the design industry in sales outreach and the development of new business opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client engagement.
• Ability to create meaningful connections within the design community.
• Experience in showroom management or concierge-style client service is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-end cabinetry, materials, and interior design concepts preferred, but not a requirement.
