Job Summary:

CityGreen Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our clients through our live chat platform. As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services and have a positive experience with our brand.

Pay: $31 - $34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints through our live chat platform

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services, policies, and procedures

- Collaborate with different departments within the company to escalate and resolve complex customer issues

- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and take necessary steps to follow up and resolve any outstanding concerns

- Generate and maintain reports on customer feedback, inquiries, and issues for management review

- Continuously stay updated on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to management

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college-level courses preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

- Familiarity with landscaping or sustainable services is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
