Pay: $20/hr + Weekly Bonus and Commission

As part of our team, you’ll serve as a trusted guide—educating clients, simplifying complex options, and ensuring they find the right health insurance solutions tailored to their needs

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through various channels including telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales to promote insurance products.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, to ensure all practices adhere to legal standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Skills

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as telemarketing, outside sales, or retail sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
