The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is seeking two dependable and proactive Lead Cleaners to join our custodial team at the PMUSA Manufacturing Center. These first-shift roles are essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility while providing leadership and support to the cleaning team. About Us: We are Kleane Kare! We are a competitive cleaning firm with a developed team that regularly wins competitive contracts in the commercial, federal, state, and local areas, so there is always something to do. We have been in business for over 35 years because of our dedicated team and the top-tier cleaning service that they provide! Position Schedules: Position 1: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Position 2: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (These schedules are designed to ensure full weekend coverage from a lead perspective.) Key Responsibilities: Respond to Smart Ticket requests from the client promptly and professionally. Address issues related to Tork dispensers, including refilling paper towels, toilet paper, and soap, and replacing low batteries. Manage laundry duties: Complete any remaining third-shift laundry at the start of the shift. Begin first-shift laundry before the end of the shift. Oversee laundry cart check-out at the beginning and check-in at the end of the shift. Assign area cleaning responsibilities to cover any first-shift call outs. Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed due to absences or increased demand. Conduct shift pass-downs with third shift and second shift supervisors to ensure seamless communication. Qualifications: Prior custodial or lead cleaning experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Dependable and responsive to client and team needs.
