It is the intent of the basic job requirements, duties, and responsibilities that any building be kept neat and clean at all times. These minimum requirements should be referred to as a guide, rather than a limitation to, the services required to maintain a building effectively. Staff will be required to perform the necessary work to maintain the optimum level of cleanliness in every building or worksite serviced by FlagShip. $14 per hour

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment (cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash and the ability to safely use equipment provided. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
