Job Description
Responsibilities:
· The Service Coordinator answers and responds to any calls to provide assistance or important information
· Schedule service appointments and assignments
· Issue PO’s for parts and equipment
· Research and order parts for repairs
· Type and generate work-orders for repairs
· Review/discuss service work-orders for billing issues or clarification
· Speak with customers to explain needed service, parts status, and appointment status
· Use landline telephone and email to communicate with customers and technicians
· Assist other office staff as needed
· Other duties as assigned
Job qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
· Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and Technicians
· Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other office duties
· Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
· Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
· Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication relations, verbal & written
· Well-organized, Accurate, and ability to work independently
