Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst with real estate experience to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and supporting the acquisition and management of properties to maximize portfolio performance and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for real estate investments, including cash flow projections, ROI, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential acquisitions and developments.
• Conduct market research on real estate trends, property values, and economic factors to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management, outlining deal structures, financial projections, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with asset management and acquisition teams to support due diligence, lease analysis, and portfolio performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis, with a strong understanding of property valuation and market dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate software (e.g., Argus); familiarity with debt and equity structures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.
