Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions; continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned. Demonstrated ability to assess communication networks including topology, transmission methods, protocols, access points, and security to identify opportunities or vulnerabilities. Knowledge of the intelligence community. Direct knowledge and experience in all-source analysis.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

• U) Experience working closely with NSA or USCYBERCOM.
• U) Experience with U.S. military communication and/or computer systems.
