Location: Montgomery, OH 45242 (In-person)
Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 Base.OTE $65,000-$105,000. You will earn commission on your first dollar of business , there is no baseline for commission. Licensed P&C licensed agents ask about our sign on bonus

Meridian Insurance is a family-owned and locally operated insurance agency seeking driven, personable professionals to grow with us. We partner with over 25 top-rated carriers including Allstate, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, and many more — giving you competitive options to meet your clients’ needs (We are the 7th largest writer of policies for Progressive)
Agents enjoy a base salary along with commissions for new and renewal business. As your book of business grows, so does your income through renewals. Compensation structures are tailored to fit different stages of your career.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage new clients with in-depth discussions around their insurance needs
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community influencers
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and close new business
• Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients

Requirements:
Experience:

• Outside Sales Prowess
• State Insurance License preferred (we will train the right candidates)
• Sales experience highly preferred
• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply

Skills:

• Ability to navigate and learn new technology and quoting platforms
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
• Personable and team-oriented; existing referral networks a plus
