About Us:
Founded in the summer of 2020, MAG Industries is a rapidly growing, family-run wholesale business serving thousands of smoke shops, head shops, and convenience stores nationwide. Operating from our warehouse in Tyrone, PA, we prioritize exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships. We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative eager to grow with us, develop their sales skills, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic team environment.

Location:
Tyrone, PA (On-site)

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour with performance-based incentives
Weekly, Friday pay

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Availability for overtime as needed

Report to:
National Account Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer orders and credits efficiently and accurately.
• Reach out to existing customers to increase sales, uncover opportunities, and address their needs.
• Develop product knowledge to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with accounts through personalized communication.
• Communicate product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
• Follow established communication guidelines and company policies.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency with computers, including order entry and CRM software.
• Interest in sales and customer support; previous experience in sales or service roles is a plus.
• Great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
