Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to execute comprehensive budgeting, workforce, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide tailored coaching and consulting to enhance performance management and workforce development across diverse divisions.
• Lead the development and implementation of talent attraction and retention strategies, managing HR projects on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights on HR initiatives and organizational performance.
• Represent our facility at community and corporate events in the USA and Canada, fostering professional relationships.
• Facilitate change management processes by promoting open communication and trust within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and lead teams to achieve their objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of US and Virginia HR compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
• Proven leadership experience with a diverse industrial workforce.
• Expertise in succession planning, coaching, mentoring, and developing an engaging workplace culture.
• Strategic thinking with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
• Documented success in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
