Position Overview

Vireon Strategic Consulting is seeking motivated, high-performing sales professionals to join our team selling debit card payment terminals to cannabis dispensaries nationwide. This is a commission-based opportunity in a rapidly growing industry with significant earning potential.

About the Opportunity

The cannabis industry faces unique banking and payment processing challenges. We provide essential debit card terminal solutions that help dispensaries offer convenient payment options to their customers. As a sales representative, you'll be connecting dispensaries with technology that solves real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to cannabis dispensaries across the United States
  • Present and demonstrate debit card terminal solutions via phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with dispensary owners and managers
  • Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closing
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:

  • Proven sales track record with documented success
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B sales, payment processing, or POS systems
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its regulatory environment
  • Existing relationships with dispensaries or cannabis businesses
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling
