Job Description We currently have a career opportunity for a
Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. While Perficient's headquarters are in St. Louis, MO, this role is remote and candidates can be located anywhere in the continental US.
As a Healthcare Data Analyst, working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on client data activities.

Responsibilities - Work with the Business on refining their high-level requirements into concrete data requirements with a defined set of business outcomes from data.
- Prepare and deliver assignments on time and on budget.
- Maintain regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
- Help deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
- Translate client's business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
- Work with customers to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
- Help to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
- Help establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
Qualifications - 5+ years of professional data analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management and support experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of iterative development methodologies.
- Data analysis, investigation and documentation experience.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills, to include query, extracts and report building. Proficient with complex joins and conditions.
- Experience working with clinical data, such as HL7 data, CCD document data.
- Experience working with data related to healthcare payers / health insurance plans / or PBM.
- Experience profiling data and creating logical source to target mappings.
- Knowledge of current technologies, application software development.
- Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and be able to multitask.
- Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to new situations and challenges.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25 percent in future.
- Ability to work across in various US time zones, depending on client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills and Education: - Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Consulting industry experience working with clients.
- Experience working with a globally distributed team and offshore teams.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
