Grain / Hog Farm Assistant position immediately available on a 2,000 acre family corn farm in north west Illinois. Employee would help with planting, spraying, nitrogen sidedress, harvest, tillage, manure application, semi driving (grain, spray, 32%, dump trailer). Would also assist with the 10,000 space wean to finish pig operation. Experience with equipment maintenance, and repairs on grain storage and buildings is required. MUST have a Class A CDL or ability to obtain one. Welding/metal fabrication, basic carpentry skills and some basic experience with GPS is a plus. Must be able to pass random drug testing. Must not be afraid of heights. Salary based on experience, housing possible, and can adjust salary to assist with health insurance and forms of retirement plans.
