We are dedicated to helping our clients manage the risks of everyday life and protect what matters most from the unexpected. Required Skills and Experience Two years of previous administrative office experience required Previous experience in insurance a strong plus, yet not required if you have solid office skills and administrative experience Strong communications skills – written, verbal, and listening Decision making ability Detail-oriented Self-motivated Enthusiastic about the opportunity to build a career in the insurance profession Key Responsibilities Ability to work independently Answer phone calls and advise accordingly Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Effectively utilize agency resources and follow agency standard processes to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, and perform other duties to support agency work flow Diagnose customer issues at a foundational level and provide solutions, ensuring that agency guidelines are being followed while also balancing the needs of the client Assist Agency Principal with administrative processes What We Offer $37K - $45K, DOE Two weeks paid vacation within first year, paid holidays, opportunities for additional paid time off, and flexible work hours Retirement plan with company match and additional benefits Excellent opportunity to grow and advance your career If you do not have a current insurance license, we will provide the training, materials, and classes to obtain This is a full-time position that will provide you with excellent opportunities to grow and advance in your career.
