Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Fundraising & Marketing Coordinator to support our development efforts and enhance the visibility of our mission through strategic marketing. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who is passionate about donor engagement, event planning, and storytelling across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Donor Engagement (60%) Coordinate and support all fundraising initiatives, including donor communications, annual appeals, and stewardship efforts Maintain donor database (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang) and ensure accurate gift tracking and reporting Assist with planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events (in-person and virtual) Help identify and research new funding prospects, grants, and sponsorship opportunities Support grant proposal submissions and reporting in collaboration with development leadership Marketing & Communications (40%) Create compelling content for newsletters, social media, website, and donor communications Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Develop and execute social media calendars and marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement Design basic graphics and marketing collateral (flyers, email templates, event signage, etc.) Collaborate with team to promote events, campaigns, and impact stories Qualifications: 2+ years experience in fundraising, nonprofit communications, marketing, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with donor CRMs (e.g., Bloomerang, Salesforce), email marketing tools, and social media platforms Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Passion for mission-driven work and community engagement Virtual
