Senior Delivery IT Consultant @ Generative | AI & Data + Start-Ups|Software Engineers - We're Hiring!!!!

Our startup client is looking for a Full stack engineer in San Francisco. They are developing an AI-powered system to democratize access to high-quality cancer care globally.

We're interested in speaking to Software engineers excited to build great products in healthcare. Youre comfortable working across the stack and love using software to solve complex problems. You care deeply about improving peoples lives and are excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

Requirements:

• Strong full stack engineering background, with hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI) and React/TypeScript
• Proven ability to take a product from idea to launch
• Experience in early-stage startups, ideally as one of the first few engineers, and comfortable with ambiguity, risk, and figuring things out on the fly
• High agency and initiativeable to work independently, deploy solutions end-to-end, and improve the product experience.
• Willingness to engage directly with users to gather feedback
• Track record of delivering production-ready products in fast-paced environments

Good to have:

• Familiarity with AI, especially multi-agent systems, post-training, or reinforcement learning
• Experience working with healthcare data, large datasets, or cancer-related projects
• Evidence of hackathons, or academic awards.
