General Summary: This is an important Operations role focused on efficiently stocking received merchandise, expertly operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, and performing a variety of related duties. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to read and recognize basic words and numbers.
• Ability to print and communicate using simple sentences.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Competence in computing rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpreting bar graphs.
• Common sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Problem-solving skills for handling standardized situations.
• Computer proficiency.

Essential Duties:

• Operate an electric forklift safely and efficiently, including maneuvering levers and pedals in various environments.
• Unload and load pallets of products using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Store and retrieve pallets of products from designated rack locations.
• Organize overflow product locations as needed.
• Hand stack products onto and off of pallets and into packing areas when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through sweeping, trash removal, and ice management.
• Ensure any leftover items are transferred to their designated home slots at the end of shifts.
• Clean up aisles and collect leftover pallets at shift closure.
• Assist in order selection duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED or 6 months of relevant warehouse experience or training.
• 6 months of experience in warehouse distribution preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift/move objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Must possess various vision abilities such as close, distance, and depth perception.

Work Environment:

• Exposed to varying conditions including wet environments, extreme temperatures, and loud noise levels; adhering to safety practices is essential.
