STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES
CANVAS FIELD TEAM MEMBER
JOB FUNCTION: Full-time/Part-time
We are seeking a Canvas Field Team Member to join our team. You will work with the Events & Field Marketing Manager to generate leads and set appointments with qualified homeowners looking for roofing, windows, siding and gutter services. This is an essential part of our lead generation process and strategy and requires you to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge conversation gaps quickly and confidently.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Extremely presentable in person, with great people skills.
- Confident, approachable and friendly.
- Must be able to establish rapport.
- Coachable, willing to be mentored and eager to learn.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times as you are a direct representation of our company.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- 75% Conduct field canvassing in assigned areas.
- 25% Working company community outreach events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends
- Valid Driver's License
