We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Tower Technician who’s not afraid of heights, travel, or tough weather.

What You’ll Be Doing  

• Climb and work on towers up to 500’ high 
• Install antennas, radios, cables, booms, stiff arms, and other gear 
• Rig ropes safely and correctly 
• Route fiber and RF jumpers to carrier standards 
• Take job-site photos to document your work 
• Help train and guide less experienced techs 
• Make sure the crew stays safe and the job gets done right 
• Follow all safety and company procedures 
• Communicate clearly and lead by example 

What We’re Looking For  

• At least 6 months of tower climbing experience (required) 
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and how to maintain them 
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather 
• Comfortable working at heights up to 500’ 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check 
• Okay with frequent travel Monday–Friday 
• Able to report to our Shakopee, MN office on a weekly basis

• Per diem: $150/night when you’re working away from home

While much of our work happens at the top of the tower, we’ve got civil and electrical teams doing essential work on the ground too.
