What you`ll do:

The role of Senior Management Support Specialist belongs to team working for, Chief Marketing Officer, and the respective leadership team.

 

Expectations and Tasks:   

  • Managing calendar / scheduling and coordinating meetings for the Chief Marketing Officer, including all logistical preparations (e.g., booking of sufficient meeting rooms) with foresight
  • Monitoring actions and manage reminders independently
  • Managing internal and external correspondence with high profession
  • Co-ordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses
  • Booking meeting rooms / venues for the team
  • Managing Workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
  • Perform and monitor purchase activities (e.g. office material, business cards, 3rd Party purchasing), including master data creation and administration, creation of shopping carts, reporting and tracking on purchase orders
  • Updating materials including PowerPoint and excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
  • Manage shared drives and communities
  • Supporting the entire team with knowledge sharing, administrative guidance, community building and best practice sharing

 

What you bring:

We are looking for an outstanding individual with exceptional organizational skills to join our team.

  • Several years of experience in assistance to management
  • Proven record of excellent organizational and communication skills (experience at L1 level, in Product Engineering is a big plus)
  • High level of flexibility, self-motivated, proactive, independent working attitude and excellent team player
  • High impact interpersonal, networking and communication skills, comfortable to work on all hierarchy levels of the organization, act self-confidently with top management executives
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environment, demonstrate creativity in solving upcoming problems
  • Highest level of customer-centricity, integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (to review/prepare documents/e-mails in both languages)

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 89,600 - 191,800(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
