Job Title: Service Technician - Entry Level
Pay Scale: $ Total compensation package up to and possibly exceeding $50k annually. Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion) Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Reports to: Service ManagerBenefits: 10 Paid Holidays, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K w/company match, Flexible work schedule, Company telephone, Company Vehicle, and uniform.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Enroll in HVAC course and/or in house training programs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
• Great Communication Skills
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Universal EPA Certification - required
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School - required
• Clean driving record
• Possess tools needed
