In this role, you will manage an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while exploring new opportunities through referrals and leads. As you evolve with us, you will gain valuable leadership skills, mentor new team members, and have pathways to progress to an Agency Director position.

Compensation: Enjoy weekly pay with first-year earnings averaging between $70,000 and $85,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities (B2B).
• Oversee team performance and provide essential support.
• Train, mentor, and support incoming team members on company systems and processes.
• Track daily activities using our Salesforce-based CRM platform.
• Engage in recruiting, training, and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented attitude.
• Passion for building relationships and engaging with the community.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. are necessary.
• A clean background check and reliable transportation are required. An evaluation period of 45 days will precede advancement opportunities.
