Job Title: Entry Level Event Coordinator

This role will involve assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings. Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.

  3. Research and source venues, vendors, and suppliers for events, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
  4. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop promotional materials and signage for events.
  5. Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event management, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
  7. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event databases, managing RSVP lists, and processing invoices.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  3. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software/tools is desirable.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required by event schedules.
